 PROPERTY DETAILS: The property is fully furnished and air conditioned with central heating and also includes in the Lounge : Sat TV, Cd, Dvd,stereo system, plus in the Kitchen :  Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4 ring stove, clothes dryer.  A large sitting room/dinning area leads out onto one spacious balcony with magnificent views of the gardens and the swimming pool and another balcony overlooking the garden where you are assured of privacy and can relax and soak up the sun.

The apartment is on a second level and has two elegantly comfortable bedrooms, one twin, one extra large double with two beautifully appointed marble bathrooms and under floor heating. There is a sofa bed in the lounge - sleeps 6.

The complex also has shared Paddle Tennis Courts. The apartment is newly furnished in stylish modern appointments and is fully fitted. The apartment is linked to satellite television service with a DVD player plus HI-Fi CD unit available. An elevator is available to the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels). A Maid service can be arranged at an extra cost. We respectively request no pets.

Payment terms:

The Apartment is rented on a week-to-week basis, Sat-Sat. This is negotiable, depending on the season. Property available from 3.00.p.m. and must be vacated by 10.00.a.m. A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the rent is required to confirm booking with balance to follow six weeks prior to holiday. A refundable damage deposit equal to 50% of the total rent amount is also required at the time the balance of the rent is payable.
