All Apartments have private sun terraces or balconies to the rear with beautiful garden views. Ground floor apartments also enjoy direct access to the fully mature surrounding gardens, complete with exotic plants and fruit trees. There is a large communal swimming pool to the front of the apartment block strictly for use by Rancho Park residents.  One ground floor apartment offers total wheelchair accessibility throughout.

PROPERTY DETAILS: The property is fully furnished and also includes in the Lounge: Sat TV, Cd, Dvd, Stereo system.  In the Kitchen:  Fridge, microwave, oven and 4 ring hob, kettle, toaster etc.

The Bedrooms are: Large double bedroom or twin beds ( Depending on which apartment ) incorporating double wardrobes, dressing table and bedside lockers. Additional portable bed can be arranged in the sitting room if required and we can also provide a travel cot if so required.

There is one full size shower room and an outdoor shower for use after using the swimmimg pool. 

Linen and towels are provided – please bring your own beach towels.

Children are welcome. Sorry no smoking inside. Pets are not allowed. Suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair accessible ground floor apartment A. Each balcony or terrace has a table and 4 chairs and also 2 sun loungers for your comfort. 

LOCATION: RANCHO PARK is a small IRISH privately owned unique sunny complex, situated on the beach side of Elviria, close to the centre of cosmopolitan Marbella on Spain’s Costa del Sol. “Rancho Park” is the ideal holiday destination for all ages. Elviria’s Santa Maria Golf Club has everything to offer even the most inexperienced golfer and there is also a Driving Range nearby or beginners who are not quite confident just yet to go on the golf course, both only a short distance from the complex. The surrounding area is a paradise for Surfing, Golf, Tennis, Angling or for someone just searching for peace and quite and wanting to relax at the pool or just laze on the white sandy beaches nearby.

Payment terms:

50% Deposit required within one week of booking and the balance payable on arrival.
